So a number of my wonderful LI network have been asking me ‘Where’s Wendy???’Truth be told:- WH People has really sky rocketed 🚀 in the first quarter! - The wonderful Helen Seale has joined.- We’ve been knee deep in our Client experience to drive value for their businesses through working closely with their own talent & thoroughly enjoying every minute! I set out in this journey to see how we can positively impact the industry, and I’m delighted & excited that I’ve been involved in some thought creation to accelerate diverse young talent into Payroll… more to come in the future on this one.I’m working with some incredible publications as I stretch my writing capability, albeit I’m behind on the books, at least I’ve started them. 😂Most importantly, I’ve loved spending more time with my boys ❤️ although we’ve realised they’re not such a fan on my home cooking 🥘 😂 So if you are a CEO looking to grow your business, thinking of reassessing your IT landscape, looking for more clarity to navigate the People or Payroll markets, feel free to reach out. Lianne Williams sharing more about the jewel in Enable’s crown 👑 #breakingBarriers. Getting the chance to meet the students and parents involved in the ‘Breaking Barriers program and hear their incredible journeys fighting to have a chance at education. Day 2: Breaking Barriers was so wonderful to see the panel Lianne Williams Melanie Hill Dr. Malcolm McGregor and the fabulous Joe Kingdom share each of their insights of the huge value of the Breaking Barriers program across universities, employers and most importantly the students experiencing University life, the pride of graduation, the opportunity to gain real work experience. Equally, the opportunity for shared education to be truly a more socially inclusive employer, taking action on driving change. Was fabulous to hear real experiences such as realisation that the hot water tap available in the office environment was simply too high for someone in a wheelchair to reach. Feedback to drive change, learning and sharing insights which benefits everyone involved. A inspirational program.Was a fabulous session! Thank you!!!#EuropeinAction2024#breakingbarriers
