Weight Watchers Friendly Slimming Bites from Other Sites

I realized that one thing I can do is share more regularlyall the wonderful Weight Watchers recipes, articles, success stories and tips I run across in the course of my travels around the internet each week.

I love reading, researching and gathering recipes and ideas to support my goal to live happy, healthy and slim. I think its crucial to success in this over-the-top-out-of-control food world, where it's way too easy to eat more than we need and move less than we should.

Encouragement is important in all areas of life, but especially when trying to live a life different to those around us. To avoid believing that the excess and portion distortion we see all around us is normal or good for us, we need to be supplying our brains with a constant infusion of healthy eating ideas and weight loss inspiration.

I believe that what you focus on you become. And there's just so much great share-worthy stuff. I hope it helps you stay on track with your goals 🙂
